mc 2 weeks ago lost all pregnancy symptoms but their back again

i had a mc 2 weeks ago today my doctor gave me the go ahead straight away to try again, so we have been, all pregnancy symptoms had disappeared but now yesterday and today i have been getting some back, like headaches, feeling sick, and dizzy spells etc.... i and thought i would ask is it normal after a mc to loose symptoms then get them back or have i ovulated already or am i ovulating now. or is their a chance of falling pregnant already. i dont usually feel sick, or dizzy spells or bad headaches unless pregnant.
and the reson why doctor gave me the go ahead is my bleeding problem ( which has stopped pretty much yesterday), and my hcg levels the day i actually mc really dropped and went to nothing on monday. so i am very confused period wont be due until 23rd of this month. fingers crossed it might be a good sign but i just dont know anymore the mc really made me feel low, and just made me question things as my mc was very sudden happened less than 2 hrs after a internal ultrasound and the ultrasound report said no sign of any mc happening and stuff.
does anyone know if its just my body being abit goofy, or a good sign, and when should you ovulate after a mc? i was told within 2 weeks of a mc, is that correct.

Ashlee, firstly I'm so sorry to hear of your bub passing.
I can't really answer any of your questions, but anything is possible. There are lots of gals that do fall in the cycle straight after a mc. Have they done a followup us to find out if it was complete? My GF lst a bub last year and due to ongoing bleeding had an us - perfectly healthy bub in there due in 2 weeks.
I also found that my fist O after a baby or loss was always really weird - nausea to the point of vomitting, backache, headache etc.

Please, please, please go back and get checked for an ectopic pregnancy! This exact thing happened to my GF and it nearly took her life last month. :hug: Insist on the ultrasound - that will pick it up.

hi, i did have a complete mc, lost bub a day after started bleeding, bub was seen at ultrasound before mc, and wasnt etopic, my bleeding problem is due to i have had big babies for my size and uterus doesnt shrink back properly, so i bleed on and off since my first in 2008, only stops with pregnancy so we are ttc last child so i can get an oblation done to stop bleeding and not a drastic measure like having everything taken.
doctor gave me all clear, did have follow up from hospital thats how we knew hcg levels disappeared. my mc was like a period lost what i had to and now, i am confused cause the pregnancy i mc had dame symptoms so fingers crossed for another bub, if its ovulating hopefully we get a winner lol, i have had all kids by c section and scar never gives me problems doctor said im one of the lucky ones, reckons if i didnt have bleeding problem i could have more than 3 but bleeding (spooting) all the time costs me money and its just not nice. might go buy ovulating test to find out if this is the cause. and hpt's a couple of days after mc i tested and they were neg so thats a good thing too, but waiting til period to start hpt's

I would still be asking for a follow up u/s just to make sure your loss was complete. There is a chance there might still be some left over & thats causing problems. Just to be sure :hug:
