It is australian fetta, i am 21w , is this safe??? or should fetta be avoided

I had fetta when i was pregnant after the first trimester and i didnt worry too much about it,but then after you have the first pregnancy i think you tend to worry less lol

I had feta a few times, and you're cooking it yes? so I think it should be ok :)
Just make sure it is pasteurised and not the variety they keep in the deli section in the open and have put multiple staff accessing it or kept in liquid.
I agree - as long as it's the sealed one that you buy in the cheese section of the supermarket it should be fine. It's a hard cheese and I think it's really only the soft ones you have to watch out for.
I avoided feta and all other soft cheeses when p/g (I love it though) As long as it is cooked though it's fine (same goes for ricotta)
As long as it's pasturised, it's fine whether cooked or not.
I ate all cheeses throughout preg (brie, fetta etc) as long as they were pasturised, which all aussie cheeses are. You just avoid buying things from the deli section xo
I have heard its ok to eat fetta in second and third trimester.
