anyone had lap with Dr Lok

Hi all,
I am new to this forum as I just had a first appmt with Dr Lok few days ago.
at the fist appmt within 5 mins, he suspected I have an endo and suggested to do lap following week.
we just spent 25 min (I thought it would take 45min at least as it was the first one)
Is this normal? 25 min and paid $215!!!

anyone had a lap with dr lok? I never had a surgery in my life and im so nervous..

hope he can find why i am having trouble getting pregnant after miscarriage in 2008..:pray:

hi honeydew i was a patient of Dr Loks for about 1 1/2 years.
I had laproscopy and hysteroscopy and after when they did a ultra sound they said he did a good job.

I had phone appt with a doctor this week and paid $200 of which none is claimable
I had to speak to him at 0400 my local time, I got off the phone and realised I really wasnt sure on something, regarding the dates.
I was suprised he didnt say I need to have laparoscopy.....I will be upset if I see him and this is what is happens.

I emailed his secretary who asked me if I wanted to scheldule another $200 phone appt to ask this???

Alot of what was said on the phone didnt register until later, when it was too late to have a moment to think about it all.

I was also paying 1US dollar minute for the call.

I am hoping we have good face to face appt.

I had a lap with Dr Lok and found severe endo..grade IV..
He gave us 6 months to try then advised IVF after 6 months..it's the 4 months but no luck.. maybe I should start IVF next month..
