What about a nice chicken fillet with lemon juice with some nice vegies and cheese sauce?
Well looked through my recipe books and decided on a nicoisse pasta, went down to the shops and am now roasting some veg for couscous which I'll serve with lamb cutlets.
i really am craving red meat lately!
