Babymoon with SPD? experiences/advice
Hiya. We were planning on trying to get one last long weekend away just the two of us before baby arrives and wanted to get it done in the 2nd trimester, preferably. Now that SPD has decided to come and visit, I can barely walk, let alone climb up and down stairs etc.
For anyone who's had SPD or something similar, did you still go away? If so, what advice would you give? I figured it would need to be somewhere within 2-3 hours of Melbourne, accommodation would have to be stairless and surrounding area not to hilly etc. I still like to do lots when I'm on holidays, so will just have to suck it up, rest and take it easy. Maybe somewhere like Lakes Entrance or the Murray? Can't exactly just chill at a winery unfortunately :)
WDYT?
Babymoon with SPD? experiences/advice
What about torquay it's beautiful and not to far from Melbourne. I did a trip on the great ocean road last year with dd2 when my spd was bad. We just stopped a few times so I could walk around.
It's a good idea to go away no cooking or housework you can just relax.
