Hi Everyone,
As my title says - I've been feeling a pulsating feeling on the right side of my belly button. No pain, just pulsating.
I plan on seeing a Dr tomorrow afternoon about it - but I've googled it and all these CRAZY things come up that are starting to scare me :lol:
Has anyone ever had this? If so, what was it?

Pulsating usually means circulation... ie it's your pulse that you are feeling. Arteries pulse harder than veins as they are taking blood fresh from the heart to various parts of the body... the veins transport used blood back to be oxygenated again so the blood moves slower. I wonder if you have a hernia?
It could also be the peristalis movement of your digestion system... is the pulsating always there going at the same speed? Or does it vary?

could just be you have an awesome pulse ;) a girl I work with has it. It is just her pulse. Nothing exciting!
Do you have much stomach fat? ie if you don't I would imagine you could feel your pulse there more easily... there is a major artery running down the middle of your tummy.... just like how your pulse is easily felt on te side of your neck like MG said.
Do you think you might be pregnant? I had a really buzzy feeling in my pelvis around the time I fell pg...I just thought there must be more energy flowing through the sacral chakra than usual...could be a good sign ;)!
