How often did you/ do you have sex when you want to fall pregnant?
I'm pretty sure every second day is reccommended. For me personally with DD we did every second day most of the time, with DS it was a once off and we got very lucky. This time we'll be lucky to fall pg....we might DTD once a week/fortnight.....

Yep, I was told the same... every second day...
Once each month i fell pregnant. But i knew i was o'ing.
we've been told every 2nd day too. so we usually go from day 8, 10, 12 & 14.
Should we be doing it every 2nd day of the month to keep the spermies fresh?? :lol: (Sorry to hijack)
nae, yeah i think it's to make sure the quality of the sperm has a bit of a chance to replenish ;) although df and i dtd twice on o day this cycle lol.
jungle mum, you must be very lucky! lots of ladies in my ttc group o like clockwork and still aren't utd :(
Pink lily, df and i used to dtd every 2nd day (for the first YEAR of ttc lol :doh:) now we just do it when we genuienly FEEL like it :D

I got told every 2nd day - but DH and I DTD every day when DS was concieved because, well, we were on our honeymoon :redface:
The book I have recommends every second day. They also say that your 'fertile period' for a 28 day cycle is from day 6 to 17 (they say you O 12-16 days BEFORE your next AF and that sperm COULD last up to 6 days). I try to DTD every second day during this time. It worked the first month we tried. The second month I think I O'd later than expected to we missed the eggie...
