Australian/New Zealand Baby Name

My cousin is due in a couple of months and is still stuck for a name for her little princess. She has told me she likes a few names (Tiyla, Soraya and Mali) but she is off them now. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas for names. The Last name is pronounced He-row-ee-ne. My cousins middle name is her mothers name, maria - so maybe maria or even maree for a middle name.

They're all pretty names - you could swap the first and middle names around as well.

Apparently the only two Australian baby names (according to the books we read) are Kylie and Narelle. My MIL's name is Narelle. I won't be using it! ;)

My friend just had a baby, she is from NZ and living in Australia. She called her little girl "Nyah Te Atawhai" due to its meaning.
I like Nyah Maree.

I met a little girl once called Atahua. Its a Maori name, but I can't remember the meaning. Beautiful I think.... ?

I'll have a sneaky look at SIL's friends on FB..she's Maori, lol!
