I have a shocking head cold and I'm so congested through my sinuses its just awful. The normal nasal spray I use is a no-no in pregnancy but I am desperate. I don't get a wink of sleep blocked up like this. And good old Fess saline doesn't even go close to making a difference. HELP! I need your suggestions. Is there anything I can use?

Really!?! You don't happen to know which ones? I've used Otrivin in the past and its worked a treat, but I wasn't sure about pregnancy?
I think you can use saline ones.
Is eucalyptus oil ok in pregnancy? If it is, and you've got some (even the cheap double d stuff from the supermarket), then jump in a hot shower, put your foot over the plug hole and pour a little bit into the water at your feet, breathe in the steam. Hopefully this helps (of course moot point if you can't utilise eucalyptus)
I had this exact problem a few weeks ago I had an all natural one from the chemist its safe through pregnancy and breastfeeding I researched it like you wouldn't believe and also called my ob and my bubba is still going strong... Just trying to find it atm to tell you what it is :)

Miss K if you could let me know what it was that would be so helpful. Sopdet - I've tried saline Fess - does absolutely nothing. And just steamed myself silly with eucalyptus too and got a bit loosened up through one side but the other is just completely blocked. I'm going to go bonkers soon. Not much chance of sleep tonight.

Beconaise is safe during pregnancy. While I was pg with DS, my sinus was terrible from the ac in hospital (was in there for 3weeks). The Ob gave me Beconaise to use and it was fantastic
