Which IVF Clinics in Brisbane and $

Hello Everyone
I am new to this forum. I am doing my head in trying to work out which Dr, Clinic and pricing for an IVF/ ICSI treatment. My hubby and I have children with ex partners and now want a bub of our own. He has had the snip and now we need to go down this track. A reversal is out of the question as it has been too long. I dearly would like to have a baby with him and am at loss of who to go through. I was supposed to go through Dr Tronc at the Life Clinic Brisbane but have read some bad reports on him and now I don't know what to do.. Then I read how different the prices are. Am so confused what to do. Please can anyone help me with a good Dr at a good clinic with reasonable pricing and who has the most success rate. :wall:

I went to Dr Barbara Hall at QFG. Also I've seen Scott Salisbury too I had to see him when Barb went on holidays (which is rare)... Barbara's receptionists are wonderful they are older and are extremely helpful and sympathetic with you they are just gorgeous!

We went to QFG too. I also saw Scott Salisbury. We were to see Warren DeAmbrosis, but ended up seeing Scott. We drove almost 1000klms to go to QFG, and having never met Scott, I was most impressed with him and his bedside manner ..He even held my hand while they put me to sleep...aww... DH met him once, for embryo transfer, and thought he was fantastic as well. When looking at success rates of clinics, you need to also remember that most clinics publish their Pregnancy rate as opposed to their live birth rate, which is obviously lower. There is a section here with pricelists from the different clinics we have all been too.. If you have a look for it and have a read through that might help you a little as well..

i too am interested in fertility clinics in Brisbane

there are so many how can you choose? and how can you choose a FS? obviously i dont want to waste money going from FS to FS until i find one i like!

my FS is on the Gold Coast and i just dont think its feasible for me to do my IVF thru them as i am in Brisbane now though i would very much like to as i think he is wonderful
