whats the most absorbant one on the market?? huggies??
DD2 is wetting through after feeding before bed and once early in the morning, im not keen on changing her if i dont have to as im worried it will wake her up more than i need!
i currently use snugglers but IGA have huggies in special so was wondering if its worth getting a box just to use overnight??
I find huggies great, mind you I haven't really tried anything else so don't really have anything to compare to iykwim?

ToysrUs have huggies for 29.95 at the moment but there are only 2 in Melb so not sure if you are near chadstone or maribyrnong.
Different sposies fit different babies better (just like MCNs) - i find woolies select good as well.
DS was a very ehavy wetter, and wet through huggies even for a while there. I remember having to stick pades inside his nappy (with holes poked through to the nappy) to boost them over night sometimes. Being a tummy sleeper did not help either.
Aldi here!! Very absorbent. Never a leak and VERY full in the morning.
Aldi here too, never had a leakage used them for almost 2 years.
I keep trying other brands but always end up going back to huggies they fit well and the girls don't seem to get a nappy rash as often. You can also buy liners if the nappies still leak and the next size up is too big.
IGA have them for $29 as well! tummy sleeping is our issue! :rolleyes:
might try the huggies then aldi again if the huggies dont work, thanks lovies
I tried nearly every disposable with DS1... he'd wet out of everything! - and then I tried Aldi's brand! They are the best ones ever! and cheap too! If I were to go back to disposables it'd be hands down Aldi! (I personally found Huggies to be the absolute worst!)
i do huggies overnight, and usually in a larger size than day, (as long as it is not too big). find them the best sposies for nighttime. and my ds is a tummy sleeper, but the bigger nappys come up higher and do help contain the wet. I also put a fleece cover over them which helps too...
We used el cheapo's during the day and huggies at night with DD1 to save on constantly paying the extra for huggies. we tried all other brands at night but huggies wer the only ones that worked for us
My kids wet through everyone except huggies (unfortunately for my budget). I use snugglers during the day and huggies overnight.
Hun, I think Aldi are better for absorbency! But that might just be DS?
J- i use the Aldi ones with the koala on them on ds2 (green packet) and find them great.
If she's a tummy sleeper, have you tried a boys Huggies nappy for overnight? They are more padded out at the front.
If you're looking for cheap nappies I find Nappy Land great (you can google them). I get two big boxes of 128 huggies (so 256 nappies in total) delivered for under $100, definately makes huggies a lot more affordable and saves the hassle of always having to buy them and lug them home cos the order lasts me nearly 6 weeks. HTH

Aldi all the way for us. I have tried everything from huggies to woolworths brand and aldi are by far the best brand I have used. We use baby love in the day and aldi at night. Both my kids are heavy wetters at night and the aldi's are FULL by the morning, but never leak.
Yep, Aldi all the way for us too. The only time we've had overnight leaks is when DH doesn't do them up tight enough :rolleyes:.
