Slow Cooker Chicken Casserole

I have about 10 chicken drumsticks I wanted to cook in the slow cooker (I hope they all fit :o )

Does anyone have any nice recipes for a casserole? I have a few recipes for other dishes I've used in the past but wanted something a bit different...
I usually make up my own thing for beef casseroles, but not really sure what to do with chicken.

Hi,

The other day I had some chicken thighs and I put with them...

wholegrain mustard
dijon mustard
lightly fried the chicken with some schallots
vegeta and chicken stock
some potatoes for dh
fresh parsley

When it was cooked I added a low fat philly that is supposed to be better for you than cream

Then I made dh a pilaf rice and me just some boiled wild rice.

Didnt taste too bad... :)
