are all diet shakes the same??

so there is so many diet shakes an the market but I was just wondering if there is any difference between them all.
I have to loose some weight before I have my gastric banding the doctor has told me to go on shakes for a few weeks.
Ive tried a few different shakes before and some taste better than others so I was just wondering if any of them are accualy better than the others??

Not sure. My trainer says the are.
Most gps recommend optislim or zantrax

thanks Pandora, yep surgeon recommend optifast but its pretty bad...I quite like the tony ferguson bananna one :)

I recently tried the Biggest Loser shakes and soups and they were reasonably tasty...didnt lose any weight tho!

Yeh I've only had the TF shakes and they were mostly nice

My mum and my sister have always had success with the Tony Ferguson shakes.

i love the taste of the biggest loser shakes and did have some success with them.
also i know a lady who was doing the tony ferguson and she lost HEAPS of weight and has kept it off!
