Just wondering if you remember how big your baby's feet were when s/he was born?
Im 33 weeks and my scan last week showed bubs feet measuring at 5.99cm and one of my friends said she just measured her bubs feet (3 months old) & they are 7cm :o.
How much growing occurs in these last few weeks? Lol!

DD's feet were tiny we couldn't find any socks that would fit them for months, they always fell off, they were very skinny as well and now she is only just growing out of size 4 shoes @ almost 2 years of age :lol: she still has a few size four shoes that fit.
I am sure your bubba's feet are perfect :D if I had footprints front when she was born I would have measure them, and let you know as she was born at 33 weeks ;)

Your friend's bub must have small feet though, cos I think the average is about 7-10cm at birth????? )I'm pretty sure Dr Google could help confirm that though).
My kids both have neanderthal feet (DS is only 15months and already growing out of his 7's). He could never even wear baby 2's.....and their head comes out first anyeho.....
at 31 weeks, this bub's feet were estimated to be 5.57cm. So I reckon it's pretty normal ;)
Oh good! Hehe thanks ladies. This girl is a dear friend of mine but is the kind of girl that will compare EVERYTHING and is a "oh but my baby does this and that" etc kinda person lol. Im just hoping i dont have a gigantor baby growing inside me hahaha.
My feet are well..FAT at the moment hahaha. But both DP & I dont have huge feet. Will be interesting to see :D

My little one's all had tiny feet and different shapes. At 13days old I had each one of them hand and foot moulded. They are next to each other on my wall & I can see just how small, different and cute their feet were when they were NB...'*sigh* :)
Nah, it's not that big at birth Kim. from what I could find on google, the 'average' foot size is 2-2.5 inches, so up to around 6cm. That is only average though. I took an impression of all of mine at 3 months old and DS1 was 7.5cm, DD1 was 8, DD2 was 8.5 and DS2 was 9.5cm. DS1 has quite small feet though, so his would have been right on the average at birth I reckon, so probably about 5ish cms. On the other hand, DS2 has big flippers LOL. I don't think that foot size is one of those things that will change a heck of a lot between now and the birth. Most of the growing in the last 4ish weeks is just laying down of fat.
Good info on growth Trill, they gave me approx weight & head circ and i was wonderign how much growing she would do in the last few weeks! Will be interesting to see how big she is :D
