Anyone had experience with the Colorado Protocol?

I've been told by my clinic today that my next antagonist cycle will be incorporated with the colorado protocol. I've heard it mentioned before but don't really know why they use it. Only had a brief conversation with the clinic today so have yet to get further information about it and won't get to see my FS until EPU!! :wall:. She said my husband will also take an antibiotic. What is the reasoning behind the protocol? Is it just to aid implantation or is it also helping with egg/sperm quality?

Has anyone been on this program and what side effects can I expect? I've been on the maximum dose of Gonal-F for previous cycles (450units) and am slow to respond. I've had no side effects from any of the drugs thus far other than feeling very sick on the Nordette pill prior to commencement of injections (was very close to vomiting this morning).

Combined with my acupuncture herbs, pills, elevit, injections and now all this extra pill popping for the colorado protocol, I wonder what damage I'm doing to my body and how all this stuff can really be helping??
