Having trouble with the spirits in my house...

I feel spooked just writing this, because I am home alone, but here goes.

I just moved into this house in January.

In my last house, I was very, very aware of a friendly spirit watching over me/us. I would see orbs and flashes, but always ALWAYS felt reassured by them.

The feelings became stronger after I had DD, as if the spirits approved of having a baby in the house. They felt protective, and made me feel at ease.

When we were given notice to leave (out landlord sold the house) I sensed these spirits were angry, or upset. The vibes in the house changed, and I started seeing dark movements down low, near the skirting boards, and felt "heavy" energy near the bathroom, which had a recess and it seemed to collect the energy itms?

Anyway, fast forward to our new house. I remember when we first moved in I was surprised how empty it felt - empty of spirits. It reminded me of my parents house, which is a new build and no one else has lived there. But my new house is over 100 years old, and has had many, many occupants...but where were they?

We have lived here 4 months and in that time, nothing. But this week it is different.

I have felt there is something above us. I keep looking up and feeling watched (spooky!). Then yesterday, the ceiling fan in our lounge room started moving. For about 5 mins, it just kept spinning. I have never seen it do that, and there wasn't any wind or anything. I tried turning it on and off, but it kept going, then stopped just as suddenly.

Then, just now, I heard a weird sound in the kitchen and went in and some date scones in plastic were on the ground. There were on the bench, at the back of the counter, now here they were on the ground.

I feel a bit like someone wants me to know they're here. my old spirits have followed us here?

Please help!

They may have followed you, it does happen. Sometimes even old places seem devoid of any feelings. I don't know what makes energy hang around or leave on its own. Have you tried talking to them? Perhaps acknowledging someone is there, and if you want them to stay, then say so, or if you want them to leave.

Aside from smudging to help clear the energy, clapping your hands as you go around the house (don't forget all the corners) can lift the energy positively. Tibetan cymbals and singing bowls are good too, as is just opening windows everyday (but maybe not in the winter!). Hope that helps.
