leftover corned silverside??

I made a silverside yesterday but it was a big one so now I have half left over...about 500gms.
Does anyone have any yummy recipes or ideas for using up the left over??

I make sandwiches with mine the next day. Not that we have left over silverside that often LOL

Shepherds Pie, Rissoles or even mix it together with some salsa and taco seasoning and use in taco's or burritos.

I always make Corn-beef fritters with my leftovers. Delicious!!

If it's a sandwitch favourite, freeze slices in individual servings. Home-made silverside on a sandwitch is always better than the deli stuff.

I jsut make sandwiches with cheese, mustard pickles or Tomato relish :D Yummo!!!

Go the Sangas!! DH loves cornmeat night, means he gets his sandwiches for work the next day with some onion, tomato and a slice of cheese...
