Heat Packs
I cramped up my poor quad muslce last night so lay in bed with a heat pack. It was not until about 15mins after I poped it on that i realised a little of it was sitting on my tummy.
I figured that if it bothered the baby she would of just moved away from it. I could not of done any harm could I? She has nt moved much since then, but tends to have her quiet days anyway. But I have felt movements since there. Just not a heap.
TIA

Sorry BK, can't help you with this one - I would put heat packs on my back quite often. If it was a lot of the heat pack then I might be worried - I reckon give nurse on call a buzz and ask them maybe?

I imagine it should be fine as when I have been to the hospital with BH and SPD they have advised using heat packs to relieve the pain
Bub would just wriggle around and let me know if it was annoying

Heat Packs
It's fine to use a heat bag I was told use one by my physio who specialized in treating pregnant woman. It takes a lot to raise your body temp to unsafe levels a heat bag couldn't do it, unlike vigourous excercise, a bath or spa.
