Swollen lower back

I have the flu so not entirely sure if thats contributing to the swelling but yesterday i went to the drs and after i went shopping with SIL we were walking for a good couple of hours.

When we got home i was really really sore, the whole night i was groaning and moaning so when it came to bed time DP said goodnight and i went to sit on the bed and he told me to come closer to him he said there was a lump in my lower back.. he had a closer look and he said its swollen.

My back isn't so sore today but its still swollen.. does anyone have any idea if this is normal or should i see the dr again?

When in doubt, go back to the doctor. Doesn't sound 'normal' to me.

A swollen back doesn't sound normal to me either. I'd get it checked out.

I didn't think it was normal. I asked my mum and she asked if my face, feet or hands are swollen and theyre not but will watch myself closely.

I have my next antenatal appt on thursday so will ask about it then unless it gets worse ill see my GP.
