Well, So far I've lost 28kg (I'm doing weight watchers)
But I've definately hit a brick wall. It has taken me 8 weeks to lose 3 kg :wall:
I have completely lost my motivation :(
Tonight I weigh in, and I know i've put on about 1.5kg this week.
I'm having more bad weeks than good.
What is your secret... How do you stay motivated??
I have about 10kg more to lose...
