Bleeding after AF?

AF finished on Tuesday and I have had no spotting or anything since. I was just walking around the shops this morning and felt a bit wet down there, I came home and went to the loo thinking I may have had a leaky bladder, but found my pants covered in bright red blood. I have just put a pantyliner on and I am getting more bleeding. What do you think this could be? It is a lot more blood than spotting, like a light AF.

What should I enter in my FF chart?

If it were only one day I would be tempted to put it down as spotting and if it is still happening the next day then record it as mensus but that is just mo opinion.

Thanks damprye :) I did put it down as spotting as it has stopped today. Today I have a little bit of brown spotting, but no blood.
