Two positives in one cycle?

Hi all,

I hope you can help,
I am not TTC but my very good friend has been trying to TTC # 1 for 6-7 months. She had a positive on Maybe baby and POAS OPK one week early (about 31 day cycle) and then another positive on both at the expected time.
Has anyone else had this?
What could a false positive mean?

It's possible to ovulate twice in one month, maybe that could be it.

I've heard lots of mixed reports from people who have used Maybe Baby. I highly recommend the Clear Blue Digital OPK's - there is no gues work at all as you get a smiley face on the digital screen when it's the right time to DTD. I fell pregnant with our DD the month we started using them :) I'll be using them next time around from the start. They are foolproof!

She is using the Maybe Baby AND a POAS one, not sure which brand. And they both came up positive twice.
Would be interested to know if its happened to anyone else?

I ovulated twice in one cycle a few months ago. I ovulated on cd10 then on cd12. I was on naturopathic liquids, which i think helped the other egg release. Unfortunately we didnt conceive tho:-( but not to worry. Each month that passes brings us closer to our bfp :-)

I also spotted the first day i ovulated (we have been labeled as 'unknown infertility')
