Feeling really scared and nervous!

Hi everyone i am feeling really scared i am about 9w3d there abouts and i am experiancing some cramps pains in the stomach. could wind cause bad pains? i was passing clots and old blood but that has stopped about 1 week ago. the dr has put me on anitbiotics and progesterone. i am still being sick every now and then. i have had 2 m/c in the past and just so worried its going to happen again.
has anyone had this happen to them or what should i be doing?
i am going to see the dr 2mrw for a scan and blood test for down syndrome, i just to feel safe in this pregnancy i want to be excited not scared. is this every going to happen...
