Confused about my cycle - please help

Something weird happened this cycle. I thought I had AF - spotting on Sat afternoon then light flow on Sunday & monday. By light I mean I didn't even fill a mini tampon after 5 or 6 hours. One teeny tiny spot of old blood on Tuesday and that's it. Normally I have 3-4 days of flow that often overflows a tampon at least on day 1 & 2, lighter on day 3 & 4, then 3-4 days of spotting - usually a mix of red & brown blood. My temp is up quite high ATM too. I have also had some pain on the LHS. I'm sure I o'd on the LHS. My mind is going crazy having a conversation with itself that goes something like this

what if I am pg? does this pain mean it's ectopic?
The pain isn't constant - it comes & goes. Maybe I'm imagining it.
My temps up. It shouldn't be this high this early in the cycle.
My temp could be up just because I've had a bit of a cold the last few days.
Maybe it was implantation bleeding.
But it lasted two days - probably AF.

Argggh. Stupid body. Can you see why I'm confused. I think I'll test over the weekend. I won't get my hopes up. I will expect a negative. The pessimist in me is winning the argument ATM. Or maybe that's the optimist because the last thing I'd want is an ectopic.

Please have a look at my chart (link in sig). I changed AF to spotting so it continues in the one cycle. What do you think? Am I going nuts?

Hmmm... not an expert, but... If you O'd nearly 2 weeks ago, try a HPT to see what the results are. If it's negative, you might have just had a weird period. It also could have been implantation bleeding. I know I had it for a few days both my pregnancies before - so I didn't know I was pregnant for about 2 months both times!

If it's a BFN in a week from now, check with your Dr to see what he/she says about it - there's likely nothing, but that way you know FOR SURE. :)

I'd test, cos it could be implantation, which would explain the bleeding and the pain.

I think you might be pg!!!!

I started spotting at 12dpo with this pregnancy, so thought I was out, but because my temps started to climb, tested anyway. Fully expected a bfn, nearly fell off the toilet when a :bfp: came up.

Those high temps are a tell tale sign hun, test test test!!

OMG OMG OMG. Thank you ladies for giving me hope. I tested this morning fully expecting a BFN and was so so so so so happy to see a :bfp:!!!!!!! Happy dance :dance: I called DH straight away & he's so happy too! After 7 months of TTC we are finally pg.
