Sorry no secret recipe here!
Epicurious has pretty reliable recipes, i'd use theirs. :D
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Rouge made an awesome massaman (I think) curry when we were visiting, it was way better than a packet mix or jar and looked really easy peasy to make. She has lots of other blends that she makes too.
