I bought some yummo marinated chicken filets but they are off already GrRrRRrR
I have some diced pork in the fridge and need some recipe ideas which are quick and easy for the damage control! I have honey, soy, garlic etc but nothing sweet n sour which would have been good... anyone! Help!
2 tbs cornflower
1 tbs salt
1tsp grey pepper
1/4 tbs chilli flakes
1/4 tbs chinese 5 spice.
mix all together, coat pork and fry until cooked. enjoy
Oh forgot to add, I dont like spicy food! But I bet it's a great recipe hon, ta! Mwa

Stirfry pork and vegies with this sauce.... yummo and so easy.
Or honey soy pork stirfry.
Fry off onion and garlic (in sesame oil if you have it, if not no biggie), add pork, cook and remove from pan.
Stir fry vegies, add soy, honey and cooked pork.
Can add cooked noodles if you like or serve with rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped spring onion. to look good!

This was YUM!!! Thankyou very much! I am a spice WUSS and put in about a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce and I loved it!

There aren't any measurements in here so for anyone else, heres approx what I used as a guide:
* 1 clove garlic (1 tsp crushed from jar)
* 1-2 cups chopped frozen onion (was in a rush, I think it was closer to 1 cup!)
* 450-500g diced pork
* 1-2 teaspoons of sweet chilli sauce
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 2-3 tablespoons of kecap manis (didn't really measure this one, added to taste but approx this amount)
