Salami??

I know I asked this q's last time, but I can't remember!
I know you should avoid salami when cold but it's ok when hot isn't it?? I want a pasta from the pizza shop and it has salami in it.. I will nuke it in the micro so it will be boiling..
Will be ok??

I actually read the other day that salami is okay to have salami cold as long as it is fresh. It is something to do with it not being slimy like deli ham, silverside etc as listeria is found in the wetness.
I had pepperoni the other day but I had it hot ;) even though I read the above study I still wanted to be cautious.

I had all the risky foods hot.. (smoked salmon, soft cheese, deli meats) on pizza mostly.

one of my main cravings was salami!!!

Mmm... I think when I was pregnant with DD1, I always had salami and cheese on bread rolls and nuked them in the microwave.... yummmmmmmmmmoooooooooo
