Chicken and Mushroom Mornay recipes needed

I have been looking online but most of them use chicken noodle soup packets!!! :shakehead: Seriously, aye.

Anyway, I have diced chicken, I have mushrooms, I got cream and butter and all sorts of mornay making ingredients - but would LOVE a recipe to follow. Anyone have a good one?
