6 months on, now have pain???

i have been sick the last 4 days with hayfever and the flu and I am now getting pain around my scar like when I was recovering. It took me a few days thinking why all the pain and this is the only thing I can think of because I have not sneezed heaps since and I guess my stomach is in shock Hahaha.
Has anyone else had this or should I look closer and go to the doctors?
