Sorry if TMI - Blood blisters

Hi I noticed yesterday that I have about 3 blood blisters (or something that looks like it) on my labia. The only explaination I can think of is the elasic was too tight on my undies around my legs and with the increased blood flow & that pressure they developed. Do you think I need to go see the Doc or can I wait for my OB appointment next week? I'm 27 weeks.

Update - went to the GP today - apparently its varicose veins coming to the surface. Never heard of vv there before.
