Miss S now hasn't had a dirty nappy for 12 days. I have tried brown sugar in water, plain water, coloxyl and prune juice. But I have been diluting the prune juice. Am I meant to dilute it or give it straight? I'm starting to become a bit concerned about this it's been so long.
My paed gave us instructions to dilute it - basically one tablespoon of prune juice with one tablespoon of water. I'm not a particularly big fan of it and Sam hated the taste.
Coloxyl worked every time for us. Except when he didn't need to poo. I got all stressed out when Sam went four days without a poo. Being a formula fed baby I knew he was meant to go every day. But someone forgot to tell Sam that. It was every four days like clockwork, no matter what we did. But at 12 days, even fully breastfed, I can understand why you are getting concerned.
Have you tried lactulose? Sam's most recent bout of constipation was not cleared by coloxyl, but lactulose did the trick.

Lactulose you get at the chemist. There's a few different brand names. I've just remembered that they were a little bit funny about selling it to me for Sam, so they may not be happy about you using it for Miss S.
It might be worth seeing a doctor or something. Does she seem uncomfortable? Olive's suggestion of a growth spurt seems quite reasonable too.

Hun we went 11 days here once. With fully bf bubs I believe 3 weeks is the upper limit. In fact I think I read that somewhere in the ABA website and my GP who is also a LC confirmed it. I wouldn't give her prune juice it may just upset her tummy. If she isn't seeming constipated and seems content I'd let her go a little longer before trying anything else. You can always try cycling her legs and gentle tummy massage in a clockwise direction.
