Need some idea's on how to get through my cravings
So, its been just over a week since I had my last ciggie. I have been pretty good with my moods, havent really felt any urges to smoke. TBH, Ive been relaxed & calm about it.
Until now. I have eaten like a freakin HORSE! For dinner I had 2 pizza pockets, then a frozen yogurt, 4 pieces of garlic bread. for lunch I had an apple & a small bowl of ice cream :lol: ya, so NOT healthy, but didnt feel too hungry
I JUST WANT TO EAT :lol: Being 93 kg's I dont want to eat anymore crap! I can't afford to put on anymore weight!
I do want a smoke right now.
Please help me out with some idea's on what to do to curb the craving. I am afraid of having a quick puff for fear of enjoying it too much
