Help with SHARING things. 2 1/2 Yr old & 10 month old.

Hi everyone,
I am in need of some advice on what to do with my 2.5 year old as she is refusing to share any of her things with her 10 month old sister. She even pretends to be really scared when she is crawling towards her "oh no, sienna's coming" & she runs away and she also collects up all her possesions and puts them out of her reach. She pushes her away when DD2 tries to touch anything of hers, she even put every toy into her bed just so her sister could not play with them. Is this normal? Is there a way we can make this work?

hehe! Yup - perfectly normal.

All you can do is remind them to share - cos its nice to share.

DS still hates to share some things and he's nearing 4..lol

My Ds is almost 2.5 and the DDs are almost 10 months so I can relate. Aiden will have a toy and if the girls harass him we will give the girls toys (cz they happily share) and quickly he joins in when he sees them having fun and we praise all 4 kids on sharing.
