can you get a replacement or repair a change top from a bath/change table combo

i bought a wonderful bath/changetable combo for cheap in great condition but the fabric on the change table is ripped, i was wondering does anyone know if their are places that can fix or replace the fabric, or even a replcement top. the foam underneath is fine just fabric ripped up from being stored away.
if we cant find anything, MIL is going to look at making something for it. but thought i would ask first and see if anyone else knows of any ideas.

Have you tried somewhere like Clark Rubber? I know they sell foam mattresses, they might have change mats too (or even the fabric to recover the one you have)

we were given a 2nd hand change table that was hand made. All we did was measure the space where the mat should go and went into our local baby shop and got a mattress ordered in to fit. Has lasted well so far :D

thanks all going to go into the shops and take the top or take the measurements in, hopefully they can help us out if not we'll make something specially to go over it.
