DD only vomits in the morning??

DD1 has a milk bottle every morning when she wakes up its the only one she has all day and has done so for the past year.
for the last week she has vomited about 30 minutes after her bottle...its gross smells terrible and is that chunky she nearly chokes when she brings it up.
I tried the long life lactose free milk but she did the same thing.
she eats cheese and yogart without any problems
i know I should probalby just cut out that bottle but she enjoys it and was very sad the day i didnt give it too her.

Maybe try giving her something to eat first? Dry toast or something?

there goes my theory on milk, this morning she brought up her toast :( off to the doctors today, its heart breaking watching her vomit every morning but she handles it so well.
