NT Scan and Blood Test Results

So I had my scan last week and the measurement was 1.5 (within normal range), I had the blood test the same day and my Ob has been away so I haven't been able to get my results.

Ob is back today and I can call after lunch to leave a msg and he will call later this afternoon with the results.

So until this morning I have been pretty calm about it....but now I am freaking out a little.

Of course Google hasn't helped as a number of people have said they have normal NT results but the blood results put them into high risk.

I am 32. I didn't have them with my first either and all was fine. No family history blah blah blah, but there is always that chance.

I'm 30 & did just the scan, Had a good measurement like you which put my chances at something like 1:3000 so I didn't bother with the bloods. The scan (so I was told ont he day) will give you a 70% accuracy. I didn't feel I was at risk to need to do the bloods.

Well spoke to the Ob and the results are all fine. :)
