Rice salad or fried rice with lots of fresh, diced vegetables.
Or you could make cous cous with vegie stock. I don't even use the stove for this. I put cous cous in a pot and pour boiling water with a dissolved stock cube over it then pop the lid on. It's ready in a few minutes. Then stir through some diced vegies, olives, pine nuts, etc.
Toasted sandwiches is also a quick, easy meal. I like tomato, avocado and pepper.

Zucchini slice,
Egg & Bacon pie or something along these lines
Bake beans on toast
Soup

Scrambled eggs on toast
Omllette
Toasted sandwich
pasta with a stir thru sauce

We're having Latina Fresh Pasta (the Coles brand), coz I'm just the same.

I lived on Deluxe Mac Cheese when I was preg with the twins...was the only thing I could stand the smell of and keep down
Toast, french toast, omlette, cereal, salad, baked beans... Anything that requires little or no heating/cooking..

fried eggs on toast
an omlette

when I was pregnant i lived on salads. Cesar salad is quick and easy (couldn't stand the smell of dressing though) Or i used to do a chopped salad with everything in it, lettuce or baby spinach, tomato, grated cheese, shredded carrot, cannalleni beans, diced beetroot, diced cucumber, pineapple, boiled eggs, tuna (anything salady really you have on hand) it is very filling too. just put dressing on the side for anyone who wants it :)
