My fave
You need : coconut, weetbix, condensed milk in a can and cocoa
Crush weetbix between your hands, I use 12. Mix in the whole can of milk, a tablespoon and a bit of cocoa, and mix it together
Wash hands :) very messy
Then roll into logs ( you can use baking paper to help you roll) or balls.
Coat with coconut and chill to set
Delicious, I need more coconut before I can make some :)
Yummo! Thanks. Cant wait to try it. :D
We make these in balls, using choc ripple or arrowroot biccies instead of weetbix. Yummy :)
wayyyy OT but the first thing I thought of was my thread the other day about fishing a 'log' out of the bathtub...
I'm sure yours will taste a million times better
 mmm poo... (did I just cross the line?)
 my chocolate logs are fine. It's the "special" chocolate logs with the secret ingredient you have to watch out for. :P
Thanks for your help :) I made them this afternoon with M2R's recipe except with marie biscuts. They turned out great and were a hit with the family. :D
Had to improvise a bit, I discovered we dont have a rolling pin :o so I used a ladel to smash up the biscuts. While theraputic, it is not the quietest, most efficient way to do it, and rolling the logs was a sticky experience lol
great recipe for slightly older kids to get involved with though. Simple, yummy and fun (and super messy. Haha).
