My two year old has turned into a teenager....help

I thought i would atleast another 10 years before i had to deal with ''just leave me alone'' and sulking off into a corner telling me to go away....but the last few days DD have been acting like a teenager!
We will be playing happily and something will happen that isnt exactly what she was expecting and she will turn on her heals, head for the corner, bottom lip out and give me a ''just leave me alone''.
A few times ive tried to entice her out and convince her to play but sometimes i just carry on playing or do something else till she sulks upto me looking very sorry for her self and wants a cuddle....or starts screaming and crying casue im ignoring her or not playing anymore.
Is this normal?? what can i do cause its really quite annoying and unlike her! humpf....2 year olds :rolleyes:

DS does the same he also has learnt to swear like a teenager, thanks to some feral neighbours swearing at each other........

Yeah we have a pretty good line going in lightning mood swings and oscar winning sulks all of a sudden. I have a theory that they know we're pregnant and are making us question our sanity going back for more :doh:

Normal. We just had the "don't touch me!" phase, which was just a runner-up to the "don't help me!" phase. So now I have a 2yo who is convinced she can do EVERYTHING for herself, and she's actually not far wrong. I end up spending a lot of time stopping her from doing things like turning the bath taps on, cutting up carrots, turning over food in the grill, washing the dishes, changing her own poopy bottom, brushing her hair* ...

*she has very long golden curls and you don't want to know what a mess they are as she won't let us brush them and she can't reach the back of her head

my almost 3 yr old is going through. "im not talking to you" so i would say its pretty normal lol

id say its normal, only ive got my 4yo going threw the "i hate you" aswell as the "leave me alone" and my 3yo going threw the "i can do it" "im a big boy now" pluss they fight like they belong in a cage atthe moment... all fun and games!

well, im glad its not just us.....business as usual then!
