We have finished painting and cleaning and packing and moving out half the furniture... and finally today our unit is on the market.
FX and :pray: it sells quickly and for what we want, the last few in this complex sold the same day it hit the market for more money than was asked for :o.

Thanks all... it's stressful but I think it will be worth it in the end to be closer to family, and have a backyard for the kid(s) to play in :D.
