EPO capsules???

k i started EPO caps last night n was wondering do i take any orally during the day??
if so how many??
and how many are u meant to insert at night??

I'm taking 2 tabs 3 times a day as directed on the tub, Alan also told me to take them as directed and to insert 2 - 4 tabs from 36 weeks, which i'm starting next week.

when u say as directed do u mean off the jar or from ur mw or ob??
i took 2 this morning so ill take another 2 this afternoon.. but should i take 2 more orally before bed n insert or is it too much???
im prob having an s&s tomorrow so i want it too work while it can lol

I can't help on taking them orally, but I used 2 per night from 36 weeks vaginally. I reckon it helped. :)

Take 2 3 times a day if that's what the bottle said and then insert 2 2night. I told my ob too what I was taking and he said that was fine :)

The ones I have are 1000 mg is that still ok?

Mine are the same, I've been taking them 3 times a day as the bottle suggests, hope it's ok

Take 2 3 times a day orally and insert 2 - 4 high into your vagina at bedtime. Put a pad on as it can get a bit messy when you get up.
