When did you have your morphology scan??

This is my 4th pregnancy, so I really should know this, but when did everyone have their morphology scan?? I know the recommendation is 18-20 weeks, but thats a pretty big gap. Is there a better time to do it?? 18 weeks or closer to 20 weeks? We really want to find out the sex of our bub so want the ultrasound tech to be able to see the babies bits as easy as possible :lol:

I always try and do it closer to 20 weeks because it is clearer to see the gender of bub :)

We had ours at 18 weeks and baby's bits were clear as day :)

were doing ours smack in the middle- 19 weeks... although we has a scan at 17 weeks and girl doing ultrasound said she could tell then!

Cool thanks girls :) I might do what you did hopeful and have it at 19 weeks. I wish I could have it tomorrow. Im so impatient! haha

19weeks 4days for us, I loved that scan so amazing. Enjoy!!!

Last time mine was 20wks 2 days I'm pretty sure! This time around it will be 20wks 5 days I think.....a bit later only because we're away over xmas time and the place is shut over that time anyway!!

The 20 week scan is sooo exciting!!

It's recommended 18-22weeks. So I aim for 20. :)

Lady at the hospy told me 19w5d. So I had it then lol

I was in the 19th week for both my boys :)

My OB said 19 weeks was the prime time to get it. So I am booked in at 19w1d.

I had my at 19 weeks but couldnt get the best pics, so i went back at 22 weeks and it was much clearer :)

Had mine done at 19w+5d :)

20 + 3. The important bits were apparently well identifiable, but we chose not to know.

19 weeks, I was planning on waiting til 20 weeks but had an anxiety fit and had to get the scan done ASAP! All bits visible and readily identifiable.

Thank you girls. Its my 31st Birthday on the 22nd Dec, so I might try and book in for it then. Ill be 20 weeks exactly. Cant think of a better way to spend my birthday then seeing my bubba :)

They say the closer to 20 wks the easier it is to see.

They can tell as early at 15 wks but not as accurately as from 18 wks on.

This baby i had the scan at 18wks 2 days :)

With DS I had it at around 23 weeks, but that was because I was on my honeymoon for the 4 weeks prior :)

I have my morph scan tomorrow for this little one, I'm so excited!! I will be exactly 19 weeks.
