I have a little wager on with DP.
DP seems to think that not only can baby be born with teeth :confused: but they can get them as early as a few weeks.
I happen to disagree.
So the question is - Have you ever heard of this happening? Is it even possible??
I'm about to go and google it now LOL.

sorry Lea, but I do know of a few of my friends baby's over in the UK that were actually born with teeth so it can happen, but I remember reading somwhere that its not very often
Yeah I have heard of this as well - both being born with them and also having teeth come in at a few weeks old. ;)
I was born with two teeth Lea, but they went down when I was about 4 weeks old and came through again when i was 3 months.
I was alos born with an eye tooth that also went back up & later reappeared.
DH says he also had a tooth at birth (but his mum is a fruit loop & may have just said that to be the same as me when I told her about me....)
This isn't looking good for you argument Lea, LOL.
My brothers lil baby girl is 2 mths old and has her 2nd tooth cutting through.But they have been told that her teeth are growing slow compared to normal babies, they should start getting then within the first few weeks - this is why they are unsettle alot of the time.
I feel sorry for mummies who breast feed and bubs has teeth OUCH.

My friends daughter was born with one or two teeth (can't remember how many. sorry!)
Yep it can happen, we have friends whom this happened too.
Lea, i was born with 2 teeth, i bit my mum really hard after a week of breastfeeding and she put me on the bottle:)
WOW I'm amazed!!! And again - I've totally lost the bet. It seems to be my luck lately.... I'm losing all of our silly bets so I've got a lot of IOU"s for various things LOL!!!
