i bought some on sunday from coles (use by the 2/12) and its brown, im used to beef mince that stays pink, so just making sure that its normal.
it smells like lamb :dunno:

i'm sure it'll be fine, as long as it still smells fresh. maybe ring a local butcher and ask if it's normal?
the blood likely went to the bottom of the pack.
