so tell me about your early prego signs and crazy cravings...............

I luv reading up on this and it seems I cant get enough information lol ;)

So how many DPO's were you when you got your :bfp: and what would you say your early pregnancy signs were.......................


I will start it off.............
With Mr M I tested at 9DPO and got the faintest line using pregnosis. My signs were I couldnt stand the smell of red meat and I was extremly gassy (i couldnt stop farting for weeks lol)

My crazy craving would of had to be a vegimite and chocolate syrup sandwich mmmnnnn was sooo tasty at the time lol

I got my bfp 10dpo. My first signs were a migraine which I hadn't had in years, and I was constipated to the max :redface: Then I started spotting and thought I was ou for that cycle. The next morning I said to myself that I would only test if my temp went up, and it did by .01. So I tested and actually forgot about it, and when I actually remembered I tested, there it was, the feintest of feint lines, but it was there :)

Cravings, would have to say mexican food. Nachos, burritos, tacos, I couldnt get enough! Poor dh, now he hates mexican night...hehe.

BFP at 11dpo, but I'm sure if I had tested at 10 and even 9 dpo I would have got a BFP, was very noticable at 11dpo. First symptom was REALLY sore nipples, they were purple and erect all the time! Only tested as a TTC habit, I really expected my regular monthly BFN, AF felt just around the corner, I was sooo shocked! My first craving was rice crackers with sweet chilli philly and grated zuchini on top, I hate them 3 times a day but now I just feel like puking at the thought of it.

I got my first bfp at 8DPO (impatient much? :redface:)

My first symptoms were:

Needing to pee heaps
Tender boobs
Fatigue
Nausea
Cramps

I think that's it??

My cravings have been so far for splice icecreams (red ones only lol), fruit juice and BBQ chickens and pasta salad sandwiches (YUMM!!).. Not sure of anything else?

I never feel MS until I see 2 pink lines.....dunno how that works!

with my DD, I had sore boobs, nausea and severe cramps at 3 DPO, negative beta at 10 DPO and positive HPT at 14 DPO, I also had a peculiar stitch like pain too

AF symptoms TOTALLY! I even had spotting at 12dpo and was certain AF was on her way (especially as I'd gotten a BFN that day). BFP at 14dpo!

Loving hearing everyone's stories and that reminds me I also got weird cramping stitch like pains as well Claire........ hey for the past day and a bit I had those cramps, gas and bawelled my eyes out watching find my family tonight............

I was grocery shopping and I had a hankering for pickled artichoke hearts... I akso woke up every morning to vomiting after smelling DD's oats for brekky. Still unsure of my edd tho

Bfp 13 DPO. Only tested as I was spotting weirdly as I did with Jayvan. Otherwise I didn't feel pg at all.

Cravings. Milk. Both times that I was pg I have never been able to get enough milk!

The stitch pain is usually a signal to POAS for me. With DD1 I craved whatever i saw. I remember crying after seeing a popcorn maker on the telly because I wanted popcorn all of a sudden.

Fizzy drinks and icy poles......and with DD2 I craved human touch most of all. Weird but kinda nice.

I was 3 weeks preg when I tested positive with both pregnancies. Not sure what DPO that is.

Symptoms:

Cold symptoms
Acne
Nausea
Extreme Lethary

Hyperemisis with both pregnancies, so no real cravings except for Broccoli with the 1st one (very early on, before the ms kicked in).

I ate something like 4 heads of Broccoli a week.

With both DD1 & Ds, I tested a week after AF was due, With DD1 I din't expect a BFP after 13 years of TTC with nothing, totally forgot I had done the test until Dh asked a few hours later if i had done it & what the result was. With this pregnancy (DD2) I'm not sure on DPO cause AF haddn't returned regularly after DD1 yet, but either way, it was a shock! Each time all 3 pregnancies 1st sign was feeling extremely faint & legless (no alcohol needed)

cravings with Ds & this bub have been buttered bread with a very light scrape of vegemite a cheese slice then rolled up, held together with tooth-pick then grilled till crispy/toasted outside, soft & gooey inside then dipped in sour cream as I eat them!
Ds also was frosty fruit iceblocks
DD1&2 ice cream,
DD1 guiness beer or tooheys old.

Ok, I was on crinone so had some of the side effects of that (lots of which are pregnancy signs) but I knew I was pregnant when I was 1 week and 1 day past a 5 day transfer. The reason I knew is, I was driving some friends home from a party and there was a car in front of us and the guy was smoking in it - both our windows were closed but I could still totally smell the smoke. It also made me feel really sick.

So yeah, that's when I just *knew*

I also didn't have any huge cravings, although I did love to eat cherry tomatoes drowned in balsamic vinegar and could also never get enough strawberry milk. I had a SEVERE aversion to eggs though. Which was terrible as I LOVE eggs.

Wow that's amazing about the cigarette smoke. I couldn't eat my spaghetti last night cause I couldn't stand the smell of the mince or my bowl. Strange cause I got a bfn yesterday at 11 dpo. Keep the stories coming ladies. I am loving hearing everyones experiences xx
