So Scared...
Ok so now i'm starting to worry, I'm now just over 32 weeks and i seen my ob today.
I have high blood pressure and he's putting me on blood pressure tablets, I have K Antibodies on my blood type which is associated with a "high Risk" of haemolytic disease of the newborn, or blood transfusion reactions (well thats what the paper work says) and he wants me to go to Newcastle to see a specialist in the next couple of days to have scans.
I'm just a wreck at the moment and i don't know what to do!! No wonder i have high blood pressure!!!
They may want to take her early if it's too bad, I'm just sooo scared it's going to happen all over again....
Sorry i just needed to get that out... Thanks for reading.

Oh Bec, how terrifying for you. I don't have any experience with these complications but I wanted to wish you the very best for your scans. I hope that everything turns out well. Another way I look at it is, it is a good thing they want to monitor you so closely so if need be intervention can happen as soon as necessary. Lots of  to you hun. Let me know how you go, Rach x

I'm thinking of you and sending loads of strength and positive calming vibes. Take deep breaths and say over and over. Baby and I are OK, Baby and I are OK.
Trying relaxation techniques such as guided meditation may help you keep your stress & BP down. You can download some from itunes or hypnobabies has a good free relaxation script.
