Question for payroll people

I am studying at the moment and there is a question that I can't answer and Google can't seem to direct me to the right place. I am hoping someone here knows the answer or where I could find it.

Can a garnishee order be taken from termination pay?

Already done but got nothing that relates to termination pay.

As far as I know and what we have done (once) in the past, yes a termination payment can be used againsted a garnishee order. Have you spoken to your tutor??

Not yet. I am trying to exhaust all possible avenues before I "admit defeat" and say I can't find the information.

I even asked our payroll person at work and she didn't know. I am also waiting for someone from Fair Work Australia to email me.
