CRN

Is there anyway of finding out your childs CRN, i have looked through previous letters from centerlink but cannot find anything. I tryed looking online but that also doesnt have it. Have been trying to ring them but not getting though. Will be going in on friday if i cant get through tomorrow, but until then is there somewhere else i should be looking?

Do you have a Health Care Card? it is on that.

Nope dont have either of those :doh:

it will be on your child care benefit/child care rebate grant letter - that's about the only place it appears if you don't have a HCC or PCC

ah ok thanks, i dont have that letter yet as i need the kids CRN number to complete the enrollment :S

I just asked them, either ring or drop into the office.

Try ringing just before 8pm aedst as they are less likely to be busy then
