Has anyone had a digital perm?

Just wondering if anyone here has had a digital perm and what they thought of it??

I have been doing some research and think it might be the one i am looking for (think victoria secret curls, not your typical 80s tight ringlets), and have found a salon that does it so will go in this weekend to ask if they think my hair is suitable.

I haven't had one but have been thinking of having something similar so I'm subbing.

LOL, i don't think we are going to get any takers! I will let you know if i have it done. After googling a bit more, i think i am going to try the styling techniques they suggested for after you have one done and see if i can get the result i want without it.

What kind of hair do you have Tinks? I have wild wavy, bit frizzy medium length blonde hair that is very thick so i am not convinced it would work for me. It seems to be best for long straight very fine hair.

I have fine hair with no body unless it's cut short which I don't like. When it's long it just hangs straight, I've just grown it to shoulder length. I was thinking of a body wave and came across digital perms but have read so many mixed reviews.

I'd love to know how you go at the hairdresser!
