We set a date!

We have finally set (another) date for our wedding!

We had a date set for before DS1 was born, but due to complications it just never eventuated. Then with everything going on the last 4 years we never got around to setting another date until this year when things have started to fall into place :D

I already have my dress, shoes and some jewellery. We have a general idea for a cake and we have a venue AND a back-up venue. IL's are covering the booze and food.

We are planning a real laid back celebration on a beautiful farm. Afternoon ceremony followed by a mingling of guests while nibblies are served. For those who are hard-core and still partying on into the later evening there will be a meat-on-a-spit with bread rolls and gravy.

My boys are going to walk down the isle with me, one on either side.

Jut need to get on to a celebrant LOL!

17th of September is the big day :D We would have been together for 6.5 years exactly (this time, haha.... we were together for 3 years during high school)
